Insurance Information
We’ll electronically file your claim and work with your insurance company to maximize benefits. Co-pays are due at the time of service. Full payment may be required if your insurance company does not allow assignment of benefits to an out-of-network provider. For dental procedures covered by medical insurance, our front-office personnel will file your insurance claim as a courtesy. We know that insurance can be confusing, so please don’t hesitate to call us with questions.
